The Pleiadian Agenda Book Review

Published by Julie Anne Byrne on

The Pleiadian Agenda was the first book that I read as a young adult that made me think about the age-old question, What is our purpose here on Earth”

My Dad is a very spiritual and positive person and spends a lot of time reading books on such matters.  From a very early age, my Dad influenced what I read by providing me with an array of unconventional books to read.

The Pleiadian Agenda” was one such book!

I was used to zipping through books at ferocious speed but this one definitely challenged me.  But while I struggled to read this book it resonated with me on a deeper level and I was intrigued enough to read on to the end…believe me it’s a book like no other!

For me what I gleaned from reading this book and which I still carry with me today is a belief that we are love, light, and so much more than just physical beings.  And while it’s nearly 25 years since I read this book parts of it still stick with me, I fully intend to re-read it again.

Quotes by the Author

“The best thing about the new energy field activating your planet is that you will find yourselves more able to create your own realities because the expansive nature of the Sirian geometric field makes synchronicities visible in 3D. If you just follow the connections between unrelated things, you can create anything. This expanded field will harmonize your body to any higher vibrations that you can detect, so let your body lead your choices

About the book

Barbara Hand Clow channels the voice of Satya, a Pleiadian goddess. Satya describes the huge cosmic drama taking place simultaneously in nine dimensions, with Earth as the chosen theater. The Pleiadians are a group of enlightened beings who believe that the end of the Mayan Calendar will signal a critical leap in human evolution; the Pleiadians will be there to guide us for that leap. This shift is the coming Age of Light, and the entry of our solar system into the Photon Band and the Age of Aquarius. [source: Inner Traditions]

Book Praise

“This will open us to other dimensions, which is a necessity if we are to first heal ourselves and then our planet.” ~ Rhea A. White, Exceptional Human Experience Network

“Barbara Hand Clow grabs hold of a very volatile mix of topics: politics, astrology, traditional religions, hard science, sex, and cutting-edge metaphysics. She wastes no time establishing the ground for this book: the future of our lives as conscious beings and the critical choice we face right now right here in our everyday lives. We can live as zombies or we can create powerful lives by choosing to exercise our free will in remembering who we are. If you are willing to examine the beliefs creating your reality, this book offers an excellent challenge and opportunity, maybe even a sneak preview of our common future.” ~ Perceptions Magazine

“An uplifting message from a multidimensional mind a document that will be talked about for hundreds of years.” ~ John Major Jenkins, author of Tzolkin: Visionary Perspectives and Calendar Studies

Where do I start? This is a beautiful website! I loved how easy it is to navigate.  Your “Praise” and “Quotes” section were very unique and appreciated. I love your topic.

As a teacher, we are told by administrators all the time that self-care is vital to our well-being, but the rush of real life takes over and we forget to take the time to care for ourselves. I digress LOL.

The little things like the font selection, size and boldness, etc adds a lot to the visual appeal of your site. I love the little icons to distinguish the different menu items. I also love the name…Mind Your Mind! Perfect!

I’d love to see you add some suggestions for helping children be mindful….maybe that’s another topic for a second website 🙂

Bravo! Love this! Keep up the great work!

Thanks for your lovely comments Terri and delighted you enjoyed your visit!

It’s so very easy to get carried away on the threadmill of life, but I believe it is our own responsibility to take care of our own mental health and the rest will fall into place 🙂

Thanks for the suggestions for new content, definitely something to think about, watch this space!!

    All the best, Julie Anne

This book sounds very interesting and something that I must read in the near future. I already have so many questions like:

The Pleiadians will help us with the leap in evolution what will humans evolve to?

What exactly is “the Age of Aquarius”?

I have to read this book. It really sounds astonishing!

Hi Julie,

What an interesting book author Barbara Hand Clow sounds. I have never read or heard of ‘The Pleiandian Agenda’ before, but you can be sure I will be purchasing a copy and reading it soon.

I have always been interested in the Mayan civilization, they could teach us so much about life and ourselves. Their comprehension of the universe is astonishing.

I have also been dwelling more and more lately on the fact that there has to be far more to life. I believe that dramatic changes have to happen on earth, to our society and in particular, politics , if we wish to survive.

Thank you for highlighting this fascinating novel and the author, I can’t wait to get a copy and to study more about her.

    Hi Jim

Thanks for commenting on my review, I would encourage you find time to read this book it may well be the answer you are looking for.

I completely agree with you that dramatic change MUST happen soon or civilisation as we know it will be gone.

I do hope you get the opportunity to read this insightful book, and if you do, let me know what you think.

Hi Julie, I found this article very intriguing. I too love to read books leading to enlightenment and I firmly believe that what our mind can grasp as the “self” does not even scratch the surface of who we truly are. I have spent years reading (and rereading) Eckhart Tolle’s books and I do believe that one day there will be an Age of Light, such as when the Lion Shall Lay Down with the Lamb.

I also believe that it needs to happen soon, before we destroy our beautiful planet. I guess the only problem that I have with this is that I don’t really believe in all the astrology hype. However, I know that the Seven Sisters are in the constellation Taurus, and I am a Taurus (B-day, May 1st).

Somehow, I find it difficult to relate spiritualism to astrology. I realize I could be totally wrong though. Maybe it’s because of all the silly horoscope stuff. Can you tell me how to relate enlightenment to astrology? Thanks.

    Hi Sue

Thanks for your comment, I agree the sense of self and the way a person thinks about his/her beliefs and purpose in the world defines that “self”.

Astrology takes many forms and depending on the medium can be quite informative, I wouldn’t dismiss it rather broaden your knowledge on the subject before making any judgement.

The Pleiades star cluster – also known as the Seven Sisters or M45 – is visible from virtually every part of the globe. It can be seen from as far north as the North Pole, and farther south than the southernmost tip of South America. It looks like a tiny misty dipper of stars.

I am always curious to know the facts about our existence and human evolution. The chosen topic is very important to talk about in this modern era. I believe that this is a necessity if we really care about ourselves.

The book review provides some insights on our critical  day to day choices and how it impact our lives. It tells that we are not just human beings but love, light and so much more.

Being such an obvious topic related to human existence definitely a must read.

Thanks for your comment Neha, if you do get an opportunity to read this book please let me know what you think.

I truly believe the more we educate ourselves the more we become enlightened.

    All the best, Julie Anne
